While COVID 19 regulations have been relaxed, we hope that visitors will continue to wear masks as many of the spaces are small on the submarine

We have posted the booking options for March 26th & 27th

 Monitor
https://ojtickets.yapsody.com/

The hours are noon to last tour which starts at 4:00 pm.

Tours of the interior are restricted to five visitors per tour.
We hope that you will continue to wear masks on the submarine; no one wants a cold just as the weather is warming up!

Visitors must be eight years old or over.
Pre-booking is highly recommended

TOURS have a  COVID LOOK

The tours are approximately 1 to 1.15 hrs long. Be assured,  tours will be awesome and as safe as it can be in these difficult times..  While Covid is still a threat, all visitors must wear a face mask before entering the compound. Keeping everyone safe is our goal. It is recommended that visitors be prepared with warmer clothing even though the temperature is warm outside. Winter boots , coats and gloves are a must for your comfort.

New Restrictions Regarding Young Children

Covid restrictions on the amount of time we can spend in any one space have led us to the conclusion (backed up by trial runs) that any tour of the interior must be confined to those  eight years old and up.

Younger children were not able to maintain social distancing over the arc of the tour and constant reminders were unpleasant for the child, reduced the content of the tour and impacted the experience of others.

We suggest families with children under eight  investigate the charming ‘Fairy Village’ in the park which overlooks the beach. [Go back up the hill, cross over the main street and continue east on Pitt St. and turn right at Erieus - the next block.] The fairy houses are located around the flower garden on the slope close to Brock Street. Make this a feature for your little ones by having them ‘write’ a letter to the fairies to leave in the fairy mailbox.

Pre-Booking Strongly Recommended

We strongly recommend that you pre-book using our on-line service to ensure that the members of your family or social bubble can all be on the same tour (within the size limits). Payment is not made until you arrive at the site.  Please note that tours of the inside are restricted in size (5) to allow for social distancing and masks should be worn. We regret the reduced numbers on a tour may be inconvenient for larger groups.  We will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible - at times, staffing may permit the insert of an additional time slot; however, it is important to note that there will be approximately fifteen minutes between tours so groups do not run into each other.  Please note that we are not able to respond to telephone inquiries as the Museum in St. Thomas is only open on Saturdays at this time.
