During Covid Times 2020 * Unique X-Ray tours of the Exterior begin Saturday, June 27th and continue as posted until the Covid status changes or circumstances require. Hours: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm - last tour at 4:00 Tours of the Interior begin July 30, 2020 These tours will go through the submarine stopping in the larger spaces and discussing the smaller spaces on the outside utilizing large banners of images. *** The Off Season November - April: last weekend of the month - weather /covid permitting Off-season hours: 12:00 - last tour at 4:00 *** March dates: (usually include the last weekend of March Break and the last weekend of March) |
The Tundra Swans are a feature of early spring. Over about a month, between 10 to 60 thousand will make a stop at the Aylmer Wildlife Centre just north of HMCS Ojibwa. August - late September it's the Monarch Butterfly migration which passes right through our gardens. If you see a fuzzy blue blur in the sky, it could be more than 5,000 bluejays on the move. |
